Abhyanga 1h/1h30/2h
Nourishing treatment with warm oil.
Reorients Prana in the natural direction of flow.
Promotes homeostasis (the process by which the body regulates and restores its physiological functions).
Soothes the pain.
It allows for the elimination of toxins and the dissolution of tension.
Recommended for general fatigue, post-traumatic pain, restlessness, stress, anxiety and overwork.
Mardana 1h / 1h30 / 2h
Muscle recovery massage with camphorated oils to quickly eliminate the effects of intense physical exertion (sports, hiking, outdoor work, etc.)

Shiro abhyanga
1 hour / 1 hour 30 minutes
Hot oil massage of the upper torso, head and arms.
The marmas of the head are gently massaged. Absolute relaxation and letting go.
Shirodhara 1h/1h30
Shiro means head and dhara means flow. This treatment consists of pouring a constant flow of warm liquid, most often sesame oil, onto the forehead.
An excellent treatment for the nervous system, it regulates chronic mental agitation, stress, nervousness, hyperactivity, insomnia, memory loss, irritability, hypertension, and skin problems (such as eczema and psoriasis).
Its powerful relaxing effect allows for psychosomatic rebalancing, offering a feeling of well-being and mental clarity. (May be preceded by an abhyanga massage).
Prana 1h/1h30
This involves an energy rebalancing, through a drainage/recharging action; harmonization of the energy sphere (pranamayakosha).
The person remains clothed.

Other types of treatments are possible and can be carried out (external Basti, Nasya, etc.) following an Ayurvedic assessment and the treatment protocol established according to your needs.

Padabhyanga and/or Bol Kansu 1h/1h30
Foot massage, and/or back and foot massage.
The Kansu bowl is a small bowl made of a metal alloy, including copper and zinc.
This treatment has the unique ability to balance the overall metabolic system, thus regulating the digestive and hormonal systems. It also has beneficial effects on the skin and vision.
This massage soothes the mental and emotional sphere (impatience, anger, stress).
This treatment is traditionally practiced in India by children on their grandparents .

Urdvatanam 1h30/2h
A toning and invigorating treatment with plant powders (dry or in paste form). Activates and improves blood and lymphatic circulation. Promotes the elimination of toxins and all forms of stagnation (congestion, cellulite, water retention, etc.).
It strengthens the skin's elasticity and firmness, giving it softness and radiance.
Provides relaxation and well-being by activating fluid circulation.
Ideal at the end of winter and in spring.

Marmas 1h30/2h
The marmas, intersections of the different tissues, physiological, energetic and subtle channels of the body, are key points where tensions and blockages of all kinds take root.
Their massage releases, improves, and redirects internal circulation in its natural physiological and energetic movements. Particularly recommended for releasing deep and recurring tension, this massage allows for an unexpected and often very profound experience of self through the body.

Pinda svedana 1h/1h30/2h
This hot poultice massage induces perspiration, allowing for tissue detoxification and improving fluid circulation (blood, lymph).
Through the heat and the plants used, pain, muscle and joint stiffness are relieved, as well as respiratory ailments.
Stress and anxiety reduction is promoted.
This treatment has a beneficial effect on sleep quality, strengthens immunity, and promotes radiant skin.
Sweat chamber 15/20 min

Enhances the effect of the massage.
Allows oils to penetrate deeply.
Supports the toxin elimination process.
Yoga
Tradition
The Yoga offered comes from the Satyananda tradition, from northern India, in Bihar.
This tradition offers a holistic approach to Yoga, aiming for a balance between the "head," the "heart," and the "hands." The various practices are combined to develop our capacity as witnesses, as neutral observers, and thus to free ourselves from our limiting patterns.

Equilibrer le corps et le mental,
Libérer les tensions profondes, Développer nos ressources intérieures.
The Sessions
The sessions last 1 hour 30 minutes (unless otherwise requested), and combine a chosen sequence of postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, and practices of introspection and meditation.
They can be established based on:
of specific needs, of the group or of a particular theme (example: special "Back", "Transit", "stress", "anxiety", "meditation", "prana", deep relaxation (yoga nidra)....…).

Ayurveda / Consultation
Ayurveda
Ayurveda, a health system originating in ancient India, is taught alongside "modern" medicine in Indian universities.
“Ayus” means life and “Veda” means Knowledge, so it is the science of the knowledge of life.
Ayurveda presents the human being as a microcosm, a universe in itself (body, mind, consciousness), intrinsically linked to the macrocosm, the environment in which it evolves (family situation, professional situation, interests, lifestyle and place of living, geographical location, seasons,...)
The objective, through its action of supporting balance and vitality, is to help the healthy person to preserve this state and the sick person to regain it.
The state of normality, of equilibrium, is assessed individually because each being possesses its own norm, its own state of equilibrium.
Ayurveda, the ultimate holistic system, promotes Health and Longevity, so that everyone can fully express and experience their potential.
This healthcare system, recognized by the WHO since 1982, offers solutions tailored to each situation.

The Ayurvedic Consultation

Oriane Brun
Her peasant grandmother gave her the opportunity to live a childhood in harmony with nature, following the seasonal harvests of wild and medicinal plants, allowing a deep love and respect for nature and living things to grow within her.
As a young adult, she continued her self-taught learning of herbs, but also took aromatherapy training with Mireille Fleury (Carpentras), 2004.
Seeking deeper meaning in existence and in search of self-knowledge, she received instruction in Satyananda Yoga (Satyanandashram center, Dawn Yoga Center) for nine years. A certified yoga teacher, she has been teaching since 2004.
In 2019, she became a practitioner of Ayurvedic massage (Véda School, Toulon / Ayurveda and Massage School, Toulouse). Ayurveda became a natural path for her. Since then, she has continued to learn and train with Jayada Stadelmann, Vaidya
( Pulseayurveda , Cannes), which claims a rigorous teaching, "at the source" through the study of classical texts and Sanskrit. She assists him during Ayurvedic retreats or treatments.
